main project class VK / KuMIn the 2016 summer semester, the Moving Image class cooperated with the Generative Art class (KuM) under the direction of Prof. Dr Aleberto de Campo and Hannes Hölzl (KM) to experiment with different ways of combining sound and moving images in the context of live performances.
The initial aim was to familiarise themselves with each other's approaches and ways of thinking. The conditions, limits and possibilities of the two design levels and working methods were examined and tested within the framework of audiovisual teamwork.
The project kicked off with an intensive workshop in Sauen. As part of the UdK Rundgang, live audiovisual performances took place in the Medienhaus on Friday 22 July 2016 from 8pm.
Participation requirements:
Students from the KuM and VK BA degree programmes from the 3rd semester onwards who already have basic knowledge and practical experience in the field of film and video production were eligible to take part.
